Thanks for reading my letter! I have a little about what I like about each requested character below, along with some prompts, but if you already have something in mind for the tags we matched on, feel free to go for it. I am equally happy with gen or shippy work. My tumblr is also jaggedwolf
If you're in a crossover/fusion mood, I'd be happy with mixing up any of my requested canons and characters.
General Likes: Competence, teamwork, pining, hurt/comfort, whump, found family, friendship, loyalty kink, attempts to hide physical/emotional hurts, unexpected kindness, friends-to-lovers, combat, being good to each other in unfair circumstances, butch female characters
DNWs: Actually unrequited pining, infidelity, kidfic, requested characters permanently dying, unrequested non-canon f/m with requested characters, unhappy endings (hopeful open endings in dark contexts are fine), underage (<16)

Fic, Tricks, Treats
That show with the bending. I like all of the Gaang and their dynamics. I haven't read all of the follow-up comics, and have watched all of LoK - feel free to incorporate as much or as little from those installments as you like.
Sokka
Ships I enjoy with him: Sokka/Zuko
Platonic dynamics I especially like: Katara, Piandao, Hakoda, Zuko
On a rewatch, I retained my soft spot for the guy with no powers, who struggled with the role the war left him in, who learns to fight but also learns how to best use his smarts and empiricism, and is as funny as he is pessimistic.
I'm okay with mentions of Sokka/Yue or Sokka/Suki, either past or ongoing, but I'm not really interested in that being the focus.
Prompts
- Sokka being alive in LoK times. Anything from him bouncing off the plot to his reaction to the engineering progress to anything else that might naturally crop up
- Post-war figuring out what he wants to do next - it's a big world out there, and he has way more options than he knows what to do with
- Canon-divergence where he ends up hanging out with Piandao or Zuko way earlier in his travels, and what that dynamic might be like
Disco Elysium
Fic, Tricks, Treats
Canon-specific DNW: Focus on Jean or the other non-Harry members of Precinct 41, including shipping Kim or Harry with any of them
CRPG where you navigate the city of Revachol via skill-checks and dialogue as an amnesiac police detective trying to solve a murder. I love the worldbuilding, how dense the world feels, the detective work, and of course, the budding dynamic between Harry and Kim.
Kim Kitsuragi
Ships I enjoy with him: Harry/Kim, Kim/any dude really
Platonic dynamics I especially like: Harry
Kim is so good. I love how steady he is (especially compared to the chaos of Harry and everything in general), how much he loves and takes ownership of his city, the little tidbits about his background he drops, and his sense of humor (the next racist will grant us three wishes, lmao).
Prompts
- We know what Harry's set of skills look like, what might Kim's?
- "this man would hurl himself in death's way to save you". Just. Anything about that line - is it about Harry as a fellow officer, about Kim's perspective on what is his responsibility as a detective, something else?
- Kim's life outside of the timeline of the game, either before or after
The Last Of Us
Fic, Tricks, Treats
Canon-specific DNWs: Abby, Lev, or Dina dying.
Zombie shooter game with the dad feels and then the revenge feels, you know the drill. I really like that the setting is grim but not without glimmers of hope, the contrast between the generation which knows what life was like before the outbreak and the generation born after, and how much the characters struggle with things.
Ellie
Ships I enjoy with her: Ellie/Dina
Platonic dynamics I enjoy: Joel, Maria, Jesse, JJ
Ellie is so, so angry, in both these games really, and also scared of being alone. I love her fucked up narrative that her life only has meaning if she'd died for the cure, her ruthlessness in combat, her snark, her giddiness about her friendship with Dina turning romantic, how her inability to speak about the difficult stuff was learned from Joel, and so on.
Prompts
- Ellie returning to Jackson after the events of the second game, trying to reconcile with Dina and JJ
- A quiet moment during the events of the second game - on the journey to Seattle or back with Dina, a Joel flashback, bantering with Jesse while they're out looking for Tommy
- Lighter-tilting canon-divergence - maybe Abby never shows up at Jackson and so Joel lives with everyone's focus on the baby situation and the awkwardness there, maybe Ellie decides to stay on the farmhouse and ends up healing that way, maybe Ellie goes with Jesse to get Tommy at the marina, etc
The Strange Case Of Starship Iris
Fic, Tricks, Treats
Canon-specific DNWs: Use of actor names as aliases, Violet/Arkady permanent breakup (they can just have never been together)
A space opera podcast about the crew of a small smuggling ship finding themselves unraveling a government conspiracy. Found family feels, romance and purple aliens abound. There are two seasons out, accessible wherever one can find podcasts. The transcripts are here.
I like the sci-fi setting that's ripe for all sorts of tropeyness, the way the crew feels close without feeling claustrophobic, how good everyone is at their fields, and how they all work together. I like everyone on the show, but I especially like these four characters and how each of them in their own ways care more about their jobs being done well than their own well-being. You can't go wrong with the IGR/Dwarnian Federation/other random baddies being very terrible to them, or the crew being very nice to them after the former has happened.
Canon-compliant or canon-divergent or some non-mundane AU that is equally unfair are all good with me.
If you're interested, I have more longform prompts in a past letter here.
Violet Liu
Ships I particularly enjoy with her: Violet/Arkady, Violet/Arkady/Sana
Other dynamics I like: Any of the Iris crew, General Frederick or other menacing baddies
Violet's very persistent in the chaos of this smuggling life, and has her own kind of pessimism despite which she forces herself not to flinch away. I like her budding relationship with Arkady with its growing pains, her academia friendship with Brian, her pointing out of Sana's hypocrisy in break-taking, and her strange truth-trades with McCabe in S2. Her sort of interrogatory nature plays well with the others.
Prompts
- Fake dating any of the crew that she hasn't yet - she's done the illicit affair with Brian, the distant marriage with Park, there are so many funny possibilities left.
- Violet's a great whump candidate when it comes to threats/humiliation and trying to retain dignity while thinking as fast as she can
- AU first meeting with Arkady - O-11 medic meeting jaded IGR guard, or Violet ending up on a still running Cresswin
Arkady Patel
Ships I particularly enjoy with her: Violet/Arkady, Arkady/Sana, Violet/Arkady/Sana, Arkady/McCabe
Other dynamics I like: Any of the Iris crew, General Frederick or other menacing baddies, Other Violet, Gavins
Arkady is clearly very good at the three things she mentions (hacking, fighting, lying), but kind of a disaster at regular human interaction, so protective of the crew under feigned irreverence, and thinks so little of herself. I love the depth of her relationships with almost everyone on the Iris crew, from soldier-solidarity with Krejjh to squabbling with McCabe, and how transparent she is to all of them despite how good she is at cons.
Prompts
- She and Violet practiced for the museum con! I'd enjoy seeing a snippet of that, whether or not it accidentally-on-purpose turns into roleplay
- Pre-canon Arkady, be it Cresswin, the war, IGR guard times, or early days on the Rumor
- So much of Arkady's self-perception is wrapped up in being the one to take the hits or the one to dish them out - anything to do with that would be of interest, whether it be her shielding someone else, or bad guys brainwashing/other sci-fi hijacking her body to make her hurt her friends
Sana Tripathi
Ships I particularly enjoy with her: Arkady/Sana, Violet/Arkady/Sana, Sana/Park
Other dynamics I like: Any of the Iris crew, Other Violet
Sana's a captain who believes in consensus and doing the right thing, but there's steel to her (and some adrenaline junkie), and I still think about her monologue where she makes it clear that her willingness to do anything for her crew is a threat, not an offer.
Prompts
- Sana is warm and open, but always in a way that's about the crew's feelings, rarely her personal ones. I'd love to see that get turned around on her.
- All the loyalty kink between Arkady and Sana, and what they'd do for each other even as they hide certain things from each other (and make the other stop hiding)
- Having to make terrible tradeoffs between different members of the crew
Jin-Seon Park
Ships I particularly enjoy with him: Sana/Park, Park/Frederick in a Frederick being terrible way, Park/Brian/Krejjh
Other dynamics I like: Any of the Iris crew esp. McCabe, General Frederick
Boring agent man that I'm very attached to. I like how he suddenly becomes part of the story he's logging, and that even then, clearly knowledgeable about how the IGR works, he makes a point to protect McCabe. His dry sense of humour about everything that's happened to him has been a delightful part of S2, and I like how much he tries to retain his own independence.
Prompts
- Park's solo S2 adventures, what did this dude get up to
- There are many ways I like Park/Sana, but one way is a sort of slow post-heartbreak picking up the pieces on both sides. Maybe Campbell wants something more rooted and Shelly feels betrayed, and both Sana and Park are good at keeping things close to the chest.
- Canon-divergence ways of meeting the Rumor crew! Maybe he gets rescued from Zone Z by them, or they break into the New Jupiter lab while he's still there, or so on
